Who we are

ConsultNow is operated by its founder (see the Imprint for full legal details). By using consultnow.io, ai.consultnow.io, or app.consultnow.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

What the service is

ConsultNow provides structured business analysis deliverables, including AI readiness assessments, go-to-market plans, vendor selection frameworks, build-vs-buy analyses, hiring scorecards, and AI roadmaps. Each deliverable is generated from inputs you provide.

Advisory only. All output is decision-support material generated by a large language model. It is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are the decision-maker. ConsultNow is not responsible for decisions you make based on this output.

Warranties and liability

No warranty of fitness. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI models can produce errors.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid to ConsultNow in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Pricing, payments, and subscriptions

One-off deliverables. Individual modules are a single payment per deliverable, priced from $29 to $249. You are charged once at checkout and there is nothing further to cancel.

ConsultNow Pro. Pro is an optional subscription at $99 per month that gives you access to all modules, with up to 10 runs per month. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Refund policy

We offer a full refund on request, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with a report or deliverable, email support@consultnow.io and we will process the refund to your original payment method. No form to fill in, no call required.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Conduct or facilitate illegal activities in any jurisdiction.
• Submit personally identifiable information of third parties without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or infrastructure.
• Generate content that violates applicable law or these terms.

Violation of acceptable use terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Accounts and termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@consultnow.io. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms. Any outstanding refunds due to you will still be honoured.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in an alternative dispute resolution procedure but are willing to do so where possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
